We go through life making many friends and once in a while you meet someone who you have a real connection with and know instantly you are going to be the best of friends. Kellie, that was you, from the moment we met in the staffroom 14 years ago. It is virtually impossible to put into words how much I’m going to miss you - your amazing sense of humour, your positive outlook, your determination to enjoy life despite the difficulties, the way you could make any story so interesting and entertaining and sharing laughter (so much laughter). I just loved being in your company. I will be forever grateful that I met you and had the privilege of knowing you as such a good friend. ❤️
